1
How does BrushO protect my data privacy?

BrushO places great importance on your data privacy. By using advanced blockchain technology, BrushO ensures that your personal data is protected during transmission, storage, and use. All data is anonymized before use, and users retain full ownership of their data. Without your explicit consent, no third party can access or use your data. We comply with relevant privacy regulations to safeguard your information.

2
Will pausing mid-brushing still record data and issue rewards?

Absolutely! The BrushO AI-Powered Mining Toothbrush has a built-in smart timer, with a default brushing time of 2 minutes (the dentist-recommended duration), which you can also customize. If you stop brushing before the timer ends, you may encounter one of the following three scenarios:

  • Pause and resume brushing: Press the power button once to pause, and press it again to continue. Your brushing score will be calculated normally.
  • Pause and stop brushing: Press the power button once to pause, and then put down the toothbrush without resuming. The system will need a short waiting period to confirm that you have stopped brushing before uploading the data to the app and calculating your score.
  • Long-press the power button to end brushing directly: Your brushing score will be displayed immediately, but this may result in a lower score for this session.

Regardless of the situation, your brushing data will be recorded, ensuring you receive the rewards you've earned!

Why do the cleaning area details on the toothbrush handle screen and the real-time feedback on the mobile app differ during brushing? Which should I trust?

The real-time feedback on the mobile app is more accurate. Both the handle screen and the app display the correct areas, but their precision levels vary. This is mainly due to two reasons:

  • Limited handle screen size and resolution: The handle screen is small and has limited resolution, making it impossible to display ultra-fine cleaning details.
  • Limited toothbrush processing power: The toothbrush has limited processing power, while the app can handle more complex data, providing more precise cleaning feedback.
